Cryptocurrency analysis platform CoinGlass has confirmed that it was the victim of an advanced proxy attack that temporarily disrupted access to its website and services.

The attack involved a “large-scale proxy attack” targeting the company’s infrastructure, the company said in an official statement. CoinGlass said the disruption was temporary, but users in some regions reported that the platform was inaccessible or extremely slow for periods of time.
Coinglas said:
Earlier today, we were the target of a large-scale proxy attack that temporarily affected access to our website. The issue has been resolved and you can now fully access our website.

For now, the platform is back online and appears to be working for most users. CoinGlass said its engineering and security teams are investigating the “full scope, origin, and intent” of the attack.
