Attorney General Berwick Max Berwick has made it clear that if students are elected mayor of New York later this year, students will be given public and private investments to help them launch their own companies.
In an interview with Protos, Burwick outlined the policy, along with plans to turn New York into “Crypto’s official home” if the election is successful in November.
Berwick has made it clear that his investment proposals are not limited to youth.
“I have an affinity for the founders. I want to make sure that the best and brightest public universities here don’t need to go to Columbia or NYU,” he said.
He also praised New York’s current mayor, Eric Adams, for “taking incredible steps to welcome the code into New York.”
According to Berwick, “San Francisco is Silicon Valley and New York is Wall Street.”Crypto is much closer to Wall Street than Silicon Valley.. ”
Berwick also told Protos that the rise in anti-Semitism in New York will be another main focus of his campaign. In fact, Berwick said the issue prompted a bid for his position, along with strong support from his company co-founder Dave Goldman.
Max Burwick Mayoral Bid Attacks Zohran Mamdanni
According to Berwick, he plans to take advantage of the anti-Semitism issue and distrust major mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani. In fact, the Berwick Act argues that Mamdani represents “a fusion of progressive ideas and social causes linked to Palestinian solidarity.”
Mamdani is part of the American democratic socialists, and Berwick argues that organizations merging with students for Palestinian justice have led to “ideology where social causes are not solely.”

He says this is omitted the Israelites and is “essentially anti-Semitic.”
asked Berwick, more directly. Why didn’t Mamdani ask the hostages to be released from Hamas?”
Mamdani’s attitude towards Israel’s war is to win the vote.
Mamdani’s statement after the attack said, “I will lament the hundreds of people killed in Israel and Palestine.” Israel’s declaration of war, along with its decision to take electricity from Gaza, added that “it will undoubtedly lead to more violence and suffering in the coming days and weeks.”
