According to US cryptocurrency journalist Eleanor Tellet, US Democratic senators are planning to hold a crypto conference on October 22nd.
Fox Business’s Terret noted that several crypto company executives will participate in a roundtable discussion with pro-crypto Senate Democrats on Wednesday to discuss market structure legislation and the outlook for the industry.
Terreet shared from his X account and announced that executives from Coinbase, Chainlink (LINK), Galaxy, Kraken, Uniswap (UNI), Circle (USDC), and Ripple (XRP) will be attending the meeting.
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand will chair the meeting, and other names will be added to the list, Thereto said.
These crypto executives are scheduled to participate in a roundtable with pro-crypto Senate Democrats on Wednesday to discuss market structure legislation and the way forward.

Thereto added that the meeting was held after a leaked Democratic DeFi regulation proposal met with industry backlash and negotiations with Republicans stalled in recent days.
