The UK government has released a consultation letter on draft bills for the crypto sector.
“This will create new regulated activities such as market abuse and admission and disclosure regimes, such as crypto asset trading exchange and operation of stubcoin issuance,” the government’s website said Tuesday.
The country began talks on the crypto government when the Conservatives were still in power despite Labour’s coming into power last year. Its former economic secretary Tulip Siddiq said the government intends to ensure that all previous government crypto plans are met.
