SUI will partner with Xmoney and Xportal to launch a virtual Mastercard for European users and use crypto like cash.
SUI is expanding to everyday payments through new partnerships with Financial Platform Xmoney and Crypto Super-App Xportal. Together, they are launching a virtual Mastercard that allows European users to use crypto like cash.
The partnership introduces a full stack payment solution. The custom SUI (SUI) wallet experience integrated into Xportal’s app is already used by 2.5 million people.

This includes branded virtual Mastercards that users can add to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use by over 20,000 merchants.
A physical card is expected later in 2025, according to a company note shared with Crypto.news.
“This powerful new product is a key step to making the SUI ecosystem more accessible to everyday consumers,” said Christian Thompson, managing director of the SUI Foundation.

Self-custody is combined with spending
By leveraging Xportal’s user-friendly interface and Xmoney’s licensing infrastructure, the offering combines self-supporting and seamless spending.
SUIs will be placed on a number of layer 1 blockchains that can be realized in a compliant way, starting with the EU.
Xportal CEO Sergiu Biris highlighted SUI performance and community as a key reason for integration, while Xmoney’s Greg Siourouunis highlighted the platform’s goal of filling Crypto with traditional funds.
The company plans to expand in the US and implement more enterprise services. This will be announced at the upcoming SUI Basecamp event.
