Shiba Inu Critical X Warning Issued to Shib Community, what is behind it?

The Shiba Inu (Shib) community, known as “Shibarmy,” receives important X-alerts as malicious actors continue to target unsuspecting investors.

From this perspective, Susbarium Shibarium Trustwatch is a Shiba Inu-focused X account dedicated to discovering fraud and protecting the community, warning about fake X accounts that are impersonating the official SHIB account.

Susbarium flagged fake X accounts that are pretending to be official SHIB accounts, urging the Shiba Inu community not to interact with such accounts.

In a recent post about X, Susbarium wrote: “Note Shibarmy, there are fake Twitter accounts that are pretending to be your account. Please don’t interact with Shibtoken_io. This account is not official.”

In a similar recent warning, Susbarium warned the Shiba Inu community that there is no official support for X or Telegram. He added that support for the SHIB ecosystem is only available on Shibarium Discord and the official Shib website.

The Shiba Inu community should consider an account called “support” as ignoring and reporting such accounts. Shiba Inu owners are warned not to interact with such X accounts from this perspective.

Another warning warns Shib owners to stay vigilant as fraudsters try to misuse inexperienced holders by misleading them with fake contract addresses.

Shiba Inu holders urged them to stay safe

As Shiba Inu’s popularity grows, scammers are targeting the community and tricking unsuspecting holders into disclosing confidential information and sending funds. Maintaining alerts and trusting only trustworthy sources is important to protecting SHIB investors.

In light of the warnings issued by Susbarium regarding fake X accounts, the Shiba Inu community is required to take caution and take necessary precautions. The first is to check your x account before you interact. Secondly, you need to check the number of followers and engagement of your account. For example, the official Shib Token account has 3.9 million followers. Fake accounts that pretend to be official SHIB accounts usually have fewer followers.

Finally, the Shiba Inu community should prevent clicking on suspicious links shared by unofficial sources and report fake accounts to prevent fraud.
