Judge McMahon also worried about delays in cases and asked the parties to avoid “growth” the schedule. She said, “When you actually control the calendar of securities fraud cases, you like to keep things moving.”
She undertook the Berwick Act until July 22nd and filed an amended Pump Fan lawsuit (requested for 90 days). She then handed the Pump Fun legal team until September 5th to another month to submit a fire or response, and to submit a response to the month and another month.
She warned, “Don’t ask because I haven’t changed these dates.”
