Solana’s Meme Coins Launchpads are hot again, with new candidates challenging PumpFun’s long-standing advantage. Letsbonk has surged with token rollouts, roughly matching PumpFun, the number of tokens that have graduated in the past 24 hours.
However, PumpFun still leads with a large margin of daily active users, highlighting a deeper market grip. As past challengers like Moonshot have shown, short-term spikes aren’t enough. Deferred growth across all metrics is what keeps Pumpfun up.
Pumpfun will keep the lead as Letsbonk Surges past LashingLab
PumpFun has maintained its position as a leading Crypto Launchpad for a long time, generating millions at weekly rates and dominating the deployment volume of Meme Coins.
Rival platforms like Sunpump and Moonshot gained traction temporarily, but quickly disappeared.
The Pumpfun peak occurred on January 23, 2025. A record 71,735 tokens were released in one day. Since then, competitors have not come close to matching.

Recently, competition has started to heat up again. Platforms like Boop and Bags have entered the scene, but the most notable challengers are Raydium’s Launchlab and Bonk’s Letsbonk.
Over the past three days, Letsbonk has seen a surge in usage, growing to 12,239 daily tokens rollouts, surpassing LaintLab, which yesterday launched 2,975 tokens.
Still, PumpFun has released 23,753 tokens on the same day, reaffirming its advantage in the Solana ecosystem.

Despite launching nearly 50% fewer tokens than PumpFun in the last 24 hours, Letsbonk has graduated from Pumpfun’s 170 163 tokens, which he shyly graduated from.
By comparison, Laintlab only had five token alumni, while Boop saw 30. This shows that Letsbonk is not just increasing in volume. They also attracted highly engaged tokens with strong community support.

Graduation numbers suggest that Letsbonk has gained serious momentum and that if the trend continues, it could challenge Pumpfun’s domination.
PumpFun still leads the overall volume, but demonstrates the efficiency of Letsbonk in token production, where graduates show improved quality and traction within their ecosystem.
Despite growth, Letsbonk is still far behind active users Pumpfun
Despite the strong graduation rate, Letsbonk is significantly pushing Pumpfun out of its daily active address.
On May 12th, PumpFun recorded 155,137 active addresses, with Letsbonk under 43,000. LaunchLab was followed by 26,105.
This gap shows the difference in scale and user engagement between PumpFun and its competitors, even if Letsbonk gains short-term momentum.

Letsbonk’s recent spikes reflect past surges from platforms like Moonshot.
Letsbonk shows potential, especially in token quality, but PumpFun has recently continued to dominate across all key metrics (volume, graduation, active users) despite Solidus Labs, if PumpFun has recently reported that 98% of PumpFun tokens are flagged as fraud.
Until the candidates can maintain growth in all aspects, PumpFun will remain an uncontroversial leader in Solana’s LaunchPad ecosystem.
