A common pretrial motion includes dismissing the charge, attempting to suppress evidence from the court, or requesting a move to another court. For example, both the Securities and Exchange Commission and Justin Sun jointly requested that his case be suspended as part of a pretrial motion.

Judge Engelmeyer granted a request for delays on June 10th and rescheduled court appearances from June 23rd to June 12th.
Not the first delay for Do Kwon
US prosecutors had previously asked to delay the hearing of the do kwon court so that his defense could consider four terabytes of new evidence.
Last April, Judge Engelmeyer rescheduled the date for his trial on February 17th next year. Prosecutors argued at the hearing that the pro-crypto notes released when the Justice Department scrapped the crypto police force would not alter the charges against Do Kwon.
