How do I set up my own custom signal?

Configuration: Windows machines on local WiFi networks. For classroom purposes, I would like to have a custom signal network so that students can get used to and send/receive with Bitcoin Core.

This is a bitcoin conf file I already created:

Start using the Signet Wiki Page (as you use Windows and the Wiki page will be demoed on Linux.

I think the other nodes need to use the same conf file, but on my wifi network I don’t see each other. This is my first time trying Signet.

Setting up an issuer on a mine block is another difficult. I hope you will get some insight into that as well.
