Google has launched a set of paid plans under its Gemini brand to help companies use artificial intelligence (AI) tools for regular work tasks.
These new subscriptions allow employees to create and use digital assistants that can interact with platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Box.
The Gemini Enterprise tier is aimed at larger businesses and is priced at $30 per user each month. For smaller organizations, Gemini Business is available at a monthly rate of $21 per user.

Both versions allow staff to design AI agents that assist with tasks by using company data already stored in existing business tools.
Alongside the ability to create their own agents, users also get access to a set of ready-to-use assistants.
These include tools built by Google for common areas like customer service, programming, and data work. In addition, some third-party agents, such as those developed by Workday, are included.
The subscription also includes a security feature called Model Armor. This tool checks and filters both inputs and outputs in AI conversations.
The Gemini service builds on a tool Google previously introduced called Agentspace, which focused on helping users build their own AI agents. Existing Agentspace customers will be automatically upgraded to one of the new Gemini plans at no additional cost for the remainder of their contract period.
