In a recent development, Sunil, the representative of FTX creditors, shared in his latest X post that FTX sent creditors an email of less than $50,000 to inform creditors of the initial allocation of funds.

He shared that FTX has notified creditors via email of claims of less than $50,000 and provides information with distribution service providers on how to load it. These creditors will refrain from receiving direct payments from FTX and will instead pay the distribution through distributor, BITGO or Kraken. In particular, FTX has already granted initial distribution funds to distributors.
However, creditors under $50,000 have approximately $345 million in claims that have not completed their KYC certification.
