Participants who hold their tokens for at least 30, 90, or 180 days will qualify for: HODLer Bonus. These will improve your Kraken Launch score, increase your chances of being included in future sales, and reward and incentivize participants who buy and hold tokens with long-term belief.
How the merit-based system works
- Learn about the project: Each sale begins with detailed project information, including team, backers, and tokenomics, allowing you to make informed decisions.
- Please pledge your amount: Choose the amount you want to pledge (up to the maximum amount per user). A pledge is not a purchase. Your assets will be locked until the results are announced.
- Wait for the result: After the window is closed, all pledges will be scored on merit. Approximately 80% of the tokens will be allocated to priority groups and 20% will be allocated by random draw. If demand exceeds supply, the random portion may be adjusted to maintain fairness.
- Receive notifications: You will be notified of the results by email.
- If selected: Pledges are converted to purchases (from the minimum allocation amount up to the pledge amount). This approach ensures fair distribution regardless of capital and ensures that all selected participants receive a minimum allocation, while larger pledges are fulfilled in stages depending on the available token supply.
- For example, let’s say you commit $500 to a token sale with a minimum allocation ratio of $100. If you are selected for the priority round, you will automatically receive a minimum allocation of $100.
If there is still a supply of tokens left after all selected participants have received their minimum allocation, the system will distribute the remaining tokens proportionately, so you could end up with an allocation of $350, or the full $500, depending on total demand and remaining supply.

- If not selected: The asset will be unlocked and the FOMO multiplier will improve your chances next time.
- If selected: Pledges are converted to purchases (from the minimum allocation amount up to the pledge amount). This approach ensures fair distribution regardless of capital and ensures that all selected participants receive a minimum allocation, while larger pledges are fulfilled in stages depending on the available token supply.
