According to DarkWeb Informer, the online drug market Abacus Market has been seized by US authorities or is carrying out exit scams on users.
The Darkweb News blog first highlighted BTC transfers on June 30th. This was reportedly created because Abacus went down due to a DDOS issue and a “malfunction” in Link Directory Daunt. Informer also said that Abacus is experiencing the problem of not showing up in sediments.
Another cybercrime news reporter, Informer and VXDB, both claim that it doesn’t look good, and the informants speculate that it is a sign of “possible exit fraud in the process.”
The Abacus issue was addressed in Reddit-style Darkweb Forum Dread by Abacus CEO Vito. Another drug site sarcasm has been closed by Europol.

The post itself raised doubts from “Hugbutter,” one of the founders of the Fear Forum, as it realized that the poster had not registered a message.
Hugbangter asked them about the $320,000 worth of BTC move from one hot wallet to a newly created hot wallet. They also wondered why Vito wouldn’t send a message to Jabber.
Despite this, Hugbunter now claims they are in contact with Vito and working on fixing the site. Hugbunter said he would post an update if deemed necessary, saying, “If he’s not back, there aren’t many reasons why he’s still here.”
Crypto Security Researcher Chainalysy says Abacus is one of the biggest dark web platforms it has served and received Western customers. Last year, on-chain $43.3 million.
Its products range from BTC exchange drugs, counterfeits and fraud tools, as well as privacy-focused Crypto Monero.
