Harrison Leggio, co-founder of Web3 token platform G8Keep, has threatened to sue Elon Musk for the suspension of the startup’s X account, despite the social media platform continuing to charge for confirmed status.
Today, Legio, known in X as “poppunk,” posted that “X is breaking the law.” He claims his G8Keep account has been “illegally suspended” and now he cannot cancel a subscription of more than $1,000.
“(x) is still charging us. Legal action seems like our only option,” Regio said.

According to screenshots shared by Leggio, the account was suspended last Tuesday after violating X’s rules regarding “fraudulent accounts.” xNext Rejected attempt to sue Regio for suspension.
The account is billed for a verified organization subscription despite its suspension, and it appears that Regio cannot cancel it. He tried to reach out to X Support, but claims that “the real Twitter person told the DM to DM from a suspended account.”
“Our lawyers are planning on spending outdoor days at this LMAO,” he warned.
Leggio also proposed that the company challenged the bank and claims and “block the vendor or cancel the company’s debit card.”

Leggio previously threatened to sue Crypto Auditing Firm Certik G8Keep gave a low security score. Certik later listed the project from its site.
Certik told Protos “We created a profile using public information related to G8Keep’s recent funding history,” and “we removed the G8Keep profile after receiving requests from our team.”
My g8keep x account is still suspended at the time of writing. Protos reached out to Leggio to explain what he was going to do about the suspension.
