At 9am today, five Wall Street Journal Journalists were founded by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ). I’m asking for president’s pardon from Donald Trump. Their report argues that CZ has granted completion of a four-month prison sentence, and an unknown source familiar with the matter believes CZ has moved forward his request despite already having the sentence.
Although reporters have not speculated about other misdeeds, the US president has the sole authority to preemptively grant crimes that individuals have not yet been convicted. Article 2, Section 2, Article 1 of the US Constitution, and the Supreme Court precedent Ex Parte Garland (1867), the President exercising an “unlimited” pardon, which applies to “all crimes known to the law.”
Additionally, reporters for the Wall Street Journal claim that Binance wants to invest in Binance with one of its entities, such as the Trump family or World Liberty Financial. As part of their negotiations, Binance has expressed his willingness to move a considerable number of operations to the United States.

Within the first hour of the article’s publication, neither CZ nor Binance leaders, he or Richard Tenn publicly responded to rumors of a request for pardon.

Trump was an advocate for the voices of foreign companies relocating offices, plants and staff to the United States. He implemented many tariffs on foreign manipulation companies and oversaw the cornerstone of his administration’s trade policy.
Interestingly, the US government already holds around $33 million worth of Binance Chain (BNB) coins. According to a recent executive order signed by Trump, these coins could become part of the newly formed US digital asset stockpile.
Yesterday, Binance announced Crypto’s $2 billion equity investment from Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund MGX. Founder CZ boasted that it was the biggest encrypted stock investment in history.
