Binance targets undeveloped crypto-human talent through its Seeds program, offering mentorship, real-world training, and full-time roles for early career professionals and university graduates.
Binance Seeds will deploy a pioneer program to gain raw talent before its rivals do
Crypto Exchange Binance launched a new early career development initiative on April 1, aimed at attracting and cultivating the next talent in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Called Binance Seeds, the program is configured to support both entry-level professionals and students through two different products: the Pioneer Talent Program (PTP) and the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP).
In a statement announcing the launch, the company said:
We are excited to present Binance Seeds, an early career program designed to nurture early career talent and accelerate career growth. Binance Seeds features two tailored tracks: Pioneer Talent and Binance Accelerator Program.
The Pioneer Talent Program targets candidates with up to five years of experience, providing access to full-time employment and hands-on training, guidance from veteran experts, and exposure to real-world challenges in crypto ecosystems. Meanwhile, the Binance Accelerator program is a short-term opportunity that lasts for 3-6 months and is specifically designed for university students and recent alumni.
Both paths are part of Binance’s broader strategy to foster innovation and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline within the global workforce. The company also highlighted the program’s relevance in a rapidly evolving field, saying:
The future of code is driven by today’s innovators. If you’re at the start of your crypto journey, Binance Seeds offers you the platform, mentorship and opportunities you need to grow and make an impact.
Several graduates highlight the transformative nature of the program through their personal experience. Ivan, a participant in the Pioneer Talent Program, said: “I never imagined that a major crypto company would get a chance for someone with minimal experience. But that’s exactly what this program is. Dini, who participated through BAP and currently works full-time, said, “From day one, I fell in love with a culture of freedom and collaboration.” Ray Yi pointed to career growth after the intervention, and Sebastian highlighted how his participation strengthened his technical expertise, especially during high-stakes events like Ronin Bridge Hack.
