The Manhattan big ju judge has indicted one of two men allegedly involved in the famous temptation of Italian crypto investors and torture cases.
32-year-old William Duplesey officially charged a conspiracy to extract Bitcoin from an unknown victim on Friday, on suspicion of lure, assault, illegal imprisonment and involvement in possession of weapons, by weeks of violent coercion. Associated Press Report.
Duplessie, along with 37-year-old John Woeltz, has been accused of luring the victim into a townhouse in Soho on May 6 by threatening to kill the victim’s family.
