The head of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Paul Atkins, has stated that most crypto tokens do not fall under the definition of securities.

Speaking at a policy roundtable hosted by the OECD in Paris, he emphasized a new approach that focuses on creating clear and consistent rules.

Atkins introduced a proposal that would allow companies offering crypto services, such as trading, lending, and staking, to operate under a single regulatory system.

These platforms, described as “super-apps“, would be able to provide various services within a single framework while offering options for how users store their digital assets.

The proposed changes fall under the SEC’s Project Crypto, a program designed to modernize financial rules for digital markets. According to Atkins, the groundwork has already been laid by the President’s Working Group on Digital Asset Markets.

He noted that this new direction would avoid burdening businesses with overlapping or unnecessary rules.

He added that the SEC’s job is not to create hurdles but to offer guidance that makes it easier for honest businesses to grow. Atkins stressed that only the amount of regulation needed to protect users should be applied.

Furthermore, Atkins acknowledged the European Union’s approach as a possible model. He stated that the MiCA framework provides a comprehensive set of rules for digital assets.

To close his remarks, Atkins called for more international cooperation. He noted that working together can help countries build markets that are safer, more accessible, and more open to innovation.

At the recent Wyoming Blockchain Symposium in Jackson Hole, Atkins shared his thoughts on how the agency plans to approach cryptocurrencies. What did he say? Read the full story.

Meta Platforms Just Shocked the World. Is the Stock a Buy? https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-just-shocked-the-world-is-the-stock-a-buy/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-just-shocked-the-world-is-the-stock-a-buy/#respond Thu, 07 Aug 2025 09:57:45 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-just-shocked-the-world-is-the-stock-a-buy/ Management competently blew expectations out of the water during Q2.

Meta Platforms (META 1.05%) rose over 11% on July 31 thanks to the incredible results that it posted during the second quarter. Meta also delivered some shocking news that helped propel the stock higher, as its expected growth is far greater than anyone predicted.

But after a large jump in a short time frame, is the stock still worth buying?

Q2’s growth far exceeded management’s expectations

Meta Platforms is better known for the social media platforms that it owns: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, and Messenger. The key part of these apps is the advertising revenue that they generate. In Q2, advertising generated $46.6 billion in revenue for Meta. Companywide, Meta generated $47.5 billion.

That’s nearly all of Meta’s revenue, so it’s clear that as long as advertising remains strong, Meta will remain strong. In Q2, ad revenue rose 22% year over year. Because the revenue makes up a large chunk of Meta’s total, this 22% growth rate is equal to its overall growth rate. The big kicker here is that Meta was only expecting 13% revenue growth at the midpoint for Q2.

Q2 clearly exceeded all expectations for growth, which is one of the reasons why the stock responded so positively; the other reason was the outlook.

Meta expects to sustain this growth through at least the next quarter

Looking ahead to Q3, Wall Street analysts expected Meta to forecast $46.2 billion in revenue. However, management completely blew that expectation away, guiding for revenue between $47.5 billion and $50 billion. That indicates 20% growth at the midpoint, which shows that this rapid growth is expected to persist.

That’s an incredible outlook for Meta and shows that the company isn’t just succeeding, it’s knocking it out of the park. However, the 11% jump following Q2 earnings may concern investors that all of this success has been pulled forward. So, is Meta a solid buy now?

Meta’s stock isn’t the cheapest around

After the one-day jump, Meta trades at 28 times earnings.

META PE Ratio Chart

META PE Ratio data by YCharts

Besides the decline Meta experienced alongside the broader market in April, this is pretty much in line with where the stock has traded at since 2024. As a result, investors shouldn’t be overly concerned with the price that they’re paying. Furthermore, the S&P 500 index (^GSPC 0.73%) trades at 24.9 times trailing earnings, which isn’t that much cheaper than Meta (although still historically expensive).

With Meta’s impressive growth rate and dominant business model, I’m confident that Meta can still deliver market-beating growth moving forward. The Wall Street analyst community was bearish on Meta’s stock heading into earnings, as its forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was identical to its trailing P/E ratio, indicating no earnings growth over the next year.

However, Meta delivered 38% diluted earnings per share (EPS) growth in Q2, so this argument has been completely upended. This could cause a wave of analyst upgrades coming in the next few weeks, which could drive Meta’s stock even higher.

The price for Meta’s stock is fair, and with excellent growth ahead of it, I still think it’s a top stock to buy in the market today.

Billionaire Dan Loeb Sold Third Point's Entire Stake in Meta Platforms and Has Piled Into a Market Leader Whose Addressable Market Can 25X in a Decade https://earlybirdsinvest.com/billionaire-dan-loeb-sold-third-points-entire-stake-in-meta-platforms-and-has-piled-into-a-market-leader-whose-addressable-market-can-25x-in-a-decade/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/billionaire-dan-loeb-sold-third-points-entire-stake-in-meta-platforms-and-has-piled-into-a-market-leader-whose-addressable-market-can-25x-in-a-decade/#respond Wed, 23 Jul 2025 08:13:36 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/billionaire-dan-loeb-sold-third-points-entire-stake-in-meta-platforms-and-has-piled-into-a-market-leader-whose-addressable-market-can-25x-in-a-decade/ Third Point’s billionaire chief is loading up on shares of a company that’s staring down an estimated $4.8 trillion global opportunity by 2033.

Between earnings season — the six-week period every quarter where a majority of the most-influential businesses report their operating results — economic data releases, and updates from the Trump administration, keeping up on market-moving news events can be challenging for investors. In fact, it’s easy for something of importance to slip through the cracks.

One key data release that investors might have overlooked is the May 15 deadline for institutional investors with at least $100 million in assets under management to file Form 13F with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A 13F is required to be filed no later than 45 calendar days following the end to a quarter, and it provides investors with a concise snapshot of which stocks Wall Street’s top-tier asset managers have been buying and selling.

Though 13Fs have their flaws — e.g., they can offer a stale snapshot for very active hedge funds — they’re invaluable in helping investors piece together which stocks and trends have the undivided attention of successful fund managers.

While investors tend to wait on the edge of their seat to see what billionaire Warren Buffett has been up to, he’s far from the only billionaire known to make waves in the stock market. Third Point’s Dan Loeb is another billionaire asset manager known for spotting good deals.

During the March-ended quarter, Third Point’s billionaire chief made two curious trades in the artificial intelligence (AI) arena. He sent his fund’s entire stake in Meta Platforms (META -0.98%) packing, and loaded up on shares of an undisputed AI leader whose addressable market can potentially grow 25-fold over a 10-year stretch.

Billionaire Dan Loeb’s Third Point logs out of Meta

Based on Third Point’s 13F, Loeb completely exited nine positions during the first quarter, none of which is more of an eyebrow-raiser than social media titan Meta Platforms. Loeb green-lit the sale of all 665,000 shares that were held at the end of 2024.

It’s quite possible that this sale represented nothing more than a profit-taking opportunity for Third Point’s billionaire chief. On average, Loeb’s fund holds its positions for a little over 13 months, and Third Point’s Meta stake had been initiated during the third quarter of 2023. With Meta stock more than doubling during this period, Loeb had plenty of reason to cash in his chips.

The question is: Was something more nefarious behind this selling activity than just benign profit-taking?

One concern is the potential for the U.S. economy to fall into a recession. Though the New York Federal Reserve’s recession probability tool only shows 28.7% chance of a recession occurring through June 2026, it has an uncanny track record of successfully forecasting economic downturns when this probability climbs above 32%, which it did in 2023 and 2024. The last time the New York Fed’s recession probability indicator provided a false positive was October 1966.

While most stocks tend to be adversely impacted by recessions, Meta is particularly vulnerable since almost 98% of its net sales derive from advertising. Businesses aren’t shy about paring their marketing budgets at the first signs of trouble.

It’s also possible Dan Loeb was skeptical of Meta’s future stock performance given CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s plans to spend aggressively on AI-data center infrastructure. Despite Zuckerberg’s phenomenal track record of developing new products and monetizing them only when the time is right, he’s been consistently upping his company’s projected capital expenditures (capex). Meta’s capex forecast for 2025 slots in between $64 billion and $72 billion, which is up $5.5 billion at the midpoint from the company’s prior guidance.

Considering how pricey the stock market is as a whole, Wall Street and investors have little tolerance for mistakes. Meta Platforms spending billions on AI infrastructure above its prior forecast leaves the door open for disappointment.

While I don’t fault Dan Loeb for locking in his profits, I ultimately believe he’ll regret exiting this position when looking back years from now.

Third Point’s billionaire investor scooped up shares of a hypergrowth stock

Excluding options, Third Point’s 13F from the March-ended quarter shows billionaire Dan Loeb opened 10 new positions, none of which offers more intrigue than the face of the AI revolution, Nvidia (NVDA -2.42%).

During the first quarter, Loeb scooped up 1.45 million shares of Nvidia, which marks the first time his fund has held shares of this AI leader since the second quarter of 2023.

To state the obvious, the global potential for artificial intelligence as a technology is otherworldly. The ability for software and systems empowered with AI to make split-second decisions without human oversight is a game-changer for most industries around the world. Based on estimates from UN Trade and Development, the global AI market is projected to skyrocket from a reported $189 billion in 2023 to $4.8 trillion come 2033. That’s a 25X increase in a decade, for those of you keeping score at home.

Nvidia becoming Wall Street’s largest publicly traded company is a reflection of just how dominant its Hopper and Blackwell graphics processing units (GPUs) have been in AI-accelerated data centers. With demand for AI-GPUs significantly outweighing their supply, Nvidia has been able to not only sell more GPUs on a year-over-year basis, but also charge a 100%-plus premium to its direct external rivals. Not surprisingly, Nvidia’s gross margin soared as the AI revolution took shape.

Third Point’s billionaire investor might also be excited about Nvidia’s innovation timeline. CEO Jensen Huang expects to bring a new advanced AI chip to market annually. If all goes according to plan, Blackwell Ultra (2025), Vera Rubin (2026), and Vera Rubin Ultra (2027) will follow in the footsteps of Hopper and Blackwell. The key point here is that Nvidia’s compute advantages appear untouchable.

The other factor that’s kept Nvidia humming along is its premier CUDA software platform. This is what developers use to maximize the compute potential of their Nvidia GPUs, as well as to build and train large language models. CUDA is quietly doing a phenomenal job of keeping Nvidia’s clients loyal to its ecosystem of products and services.

But what, arguably, makes this buy intriguing is its timing. For more than three decades, every game-changing innovation has worked its way through an early stage bubble-bursting event. Though artificial intelligence shows plenty of promise, most businesses haven’t come anywhere close to optimizing their AI solutions as of yet. With signs pointing to AI being the next in a long line of bubbles, Nvidia stock could eventually crumble.

Loeb’s buy is also interesting in the sense that it comes as competition in the AI space is exploding. While most investors are paying close attention to direct external competition, the biggest threat to Nvidia likely comes from within. Many of its largest customers by net sales are internally developing AI-GPUs for their data centers. These chips, while inferior on a compute basis to Nvidia’s hardware, are notably cheaper and more readily accessible. They can minimize AI-GPU scarcity, reduce Nvidia’s pricing power and margins, and narrow its future opportunities in AI-accelerated data centers.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if this turned out to be nothing more than a quick trade for Third Point’s chief.

Turkey blocks 46 crypto platforms in big crackdown: Facing serious backlash https://earlybirdsinvest.com/turkey-blocks-46-crypto-platforms-in-big-crackdown-facing-serious-backlash/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/turkey-blocks-46-crypto-platforms-in-big-crackdown-facing-serious-backlash/#respond Tue, 08 Jul 2025 07:16:35 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/turkey-blocks-46-crypto-platforms-in-big-crackdown-facing-serious-backlash/

In a strict repression of regulations, Turkey has blocked access to 46 cryptocurrency platforms. Thousands of Turkish crypto users have suddenly found themselves unable to access the crypto trading platform.

Turkish financial authorities have made that clear – they target both centralized and decentralized exchanges.

This crackdown is alongside the introduction of new rules for crypto exchanges operating in Türkiye. This includes required user verification or KYC for all platforms. There is also withdrawal delays to enhance monitoring of suspicious transactions.

There is also an increase in cooperation between the exchange and the authorities to go ahead and report illegal activities.

Moves serious repulsion in the face – “In countries with high inflation and low trust in lira, cryptography has become a lifeline.”

However, the move was filled with serious repulsion. Shyft Network states, “Turkey has just passed the cleaning cryptography. But this is not just about compliance. It’s not about control. Turkey must register, follow AML rules and comply with FATF travel rules.”

“Down the FATF grey list, but there is a deeper play below it. “We will extend the state’s surveillance of the rapidly growing, high-recruiting crypto market,” the embarrassment added. Now that lifeline is regulated – firmly. ”

But why did Turkey take this step? The Turkish government cited several reasons for this aggressive regulatory action.

Fighting money laundering and terrorist financing, consumer proposals, maintaining financial stability, and more. In 2021, the state did something similar, banning the use of crypto for payments.

Turkish regulators have ordered internet service providers to block access to 46 crypto-related websites. The affected platforms range from general central exchanges to major Defi protocols such as Pancakeswap.

Turkey bans pancake wap

The Turkish Capital Markets Committee (CMB) has closed pancake waps (cakes) for citizens. We also blocked Cryptoradar, a crypto comparison site. why? They said the platform didn’t have the right paper to work there. All this gives CMB the power to block unlicensed crypto platforms, thanks to the new laws of 2024.

The move is part of Türkiye’s bigger plan to crack down on the code and keep things under control. Essentially, they want to make sure the crypto platform is legal and are said to protect people from shade. So, if other exchanges don’t line up their licenses, expect more of these bans.

After the news broke, the cake was a 4.00% hit in just one day. It has now dropped by 10% over the past month, indicating that the market is not satisfied with these rules. Pancakeswap’s trading volume also fell sharply, falling 20%, to $45.54 million.

A 57-year-old man from the US has been sentenced to nearly eight years in prison for leading a fake cryptocurrency investment scheme that took over $40 million from investors.

Dwayne Golden received a 97-month prison term from a federal judge in Brooklyn, following a fraud case involving EmpowerCoin, ECoinPlus, and Jet-Coin.

The Department of Justice stated in a statement that Golden and his business partners tricked people by claiming their companies were involved in global crypto trading and promised guaranteed profits.

These companies operated for a few months in 2017, between April and August. After they shut down, Golden and his co-founders tried to block investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and a federal grand jury. They were accused of hiding or destroying evidence and giving false statements to investigators.

US Attorney Joseph Nocella said the companies did not provide any real services, and none of them ever carried out any cryptocurrency trades as claimed. He added that the group exploited people’s interest in new technology to gain their trust and steal their money.

Golden was also ordered to give up around $2.46 million. One of the others involved, William White, has already been sentenced to 30 months in prison. The other two, Gregory Aggesen and Marquis Egerton, are still waiting for their sentences.

FBI Assistant Director Christopher Raia described Golden’s actions as dishonest and said the sentence should serve as a warning to others who plan to commit similar crimes.

Currently, authorities are asking people who lost money in the scam to submit their claims through the FBI’s official website for restitution.

    Why Meta Platforms Stock Jumped 14% in June https://earlybirdsinvest.com/why-meta-platforms-stock-jumped-14-in-june/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/why-meta-platforms-stock-jumped-14-in-june/#respond Thu, 03 Jul 2025 17:38:29 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/why-meta-platforms-stock-jumped-14-in-june/

Shares of Meta Platforms (META 0.73%) were moving higher again in June as the social media giant benefited from the broader uptrend in the stock market, and investors reacted to Meta’s deal to take a 49% stake in Scale AI, a data-labeling start-up, for $14 billion.

By the end of the month, Meta stock had finished up 14%, according to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence.

As you can see from the chart, the stock gained in two separate stages, in the beginning and end of the month.

    Meta pushes deeper into AI

Meta’s ambitions in AI became clearer last month as the company made a splash with the Scale AI deal. The move gives the company near-50% ownership of a promising AI start-up, and also brings Scale AI founder Alexandr Wang into the Meta fold. Wang will head up a new research lab working on superintelligence.

Additionally, other news reports emerged about Meta’s poaching AI talent from OpenAI, and it also reportedly tried to buy Perplexity, the AI search-focused start-up now valued at $14 billion, as well as Safe Superintelligence, another AI start-up. Finally, the company is considering raising $29 billion to fund its data center expansion push as part of its AI ambitions.

Early in the month, Meta also signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Constellation Energy, showing its commitment to securing an adequate source of energy as AI needs grow.

On the device front, the company also introduced Oakley Meta glasses, which it called a new category of Performance AI glasses, featuring a built-in camera, open-ear speakers, and water resistance.

Meanwhile, the stock also benefited from cooling tensions around the trade war, as well as solid economic data showing the job market continuing to expand and inflation remaining in check.

Since nearly all the company’s revenue comes from digital advertising, the business is sensitive to the broader economy, so signs of continued growth are good for Meta.

    What’s next for Meta?

Meta’s price-to-earnings ratio has risen to 28 following last month’s gains, but that still looks like a fair price to pay for a stock that dominates the social media sector, has a huge competitive advantage in digital advertising, and is investing heavily into its strong AI division.

We’ll hear from Meta at the end of the month when it reports second-quarter earnings. Analysts are expecting another strong quarter, with revenue increasing 14% to $44.55 billion and earnings per share rising from $5.16 to $5.84. If Meta can maintain that kind of growth, the stock should continue to move higher.

Dinari wins broker-dealer license to roll out tokenized stocks across US platforms https://earlybirdsinvest.com/dinari-wins-broker-dealer-license-to-roll-out-tokenized-stocks-across-us-platforms/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/dinari-wins-broker-dealer-license-to-roll-out-tokenized-stocks-across-us-platforms/#respond Fri, 27 Jun 2025 08:37:59 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/dinari-wins-broker-dealer-license-to-roll-out-tokenized-stocks-across-us-platforms/

Dinari secured a US broker-dealer registration for its subsidiary, becoming the first platform cleared to offer blockchain-based shares of publicly traded companies to domestic investors, Reuters reported on June 26.

The San Francisco firm stated that it will activate the licensed entity during the next quarter, following completion of onboarding with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Dinari already distributes “dShares” on Coinbase’s Base network to users outside the US. The new clearance allows it to offer the same product to American brokerages and fintech apps through APIs rather than a direct-to-consumer portal.

CEO Gabriel Otte said the company has lined up undisclosed integration partners and will route trades to registered market centers while settling token issuances on a public blockchain.

    Tokenized stocks

Tokenizing equities converts conventional shares into transferable digital tokens recorded on a blockchain.

Proponents argue the structure trims clearing fees, accelerates settlement to near real-time, and supports round-the-clock trading.

Dinari’s registration satisfies long-standing SEC requirements that secondary trading in securities, whether tokenized or not, run through licensed intermediaries.

Coinbase and Kraken are also pursuing this approach. Kraken announced the launch of a 24/7 trading platform for US stocks, while Coinbase recently sought permission from the SEC to conduct the same offering.

    Competitive backdrop and remaining hurdles

Despite the push from companies to offer tokenized equities, hurdles persist. The World Economic Forum last month flagged shallow secondary-market liquidity and the absence of unified technical standards as chief obstacles to mainstream use.

Otte acknowledged those gaps but said Dinari’s on-chain settlement framework aims to provide a template regulators, and industry groups can reference when drafting interoperability guidelines.

Unlike retail brokerages such as Robinhood or Charles Schwab, Dinari embeds its trading and custody stack inside third-party platforms.

Otte described the strategy as a “white label rails” model designed to let fintech firms bolt tokenized equities onto existing mobile apps without building blockchain infrastructure in-house.

Dinari’s broker-dealer will begin customer testing after it finishes control-location attestations and vault integrations required under SEC Rule 15c3-3. The company stated that it would publish updated technical specifications for its ERC-20-based share contract before the US launch.

    Casino Games Selection: 4.8/5

You’ll find over 500 real money games here, from slot machines and blackjack to crypto poker tables. The slot section includes titles like Reels & Wheels, A Night With Cleo, and Golden Buffalo, all with solid graphics.

There’s also a nice spread of traditional table games like single-deck blackjack, Tri-Card Poker, and roulette. They also offer live dealer games powered by Visionary iGaming, which means smooth streaming and charming dealers.

Deposits start at $10 for most coins, and crypto withdrawals are usually processed in 1-2 hours. However, Bitcoin payouts can take longer, so options like Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin are faster choices.

You can also deposit using credit and debit cards like Visa and Mastercard. Just note that fiat deposits start at $20, and withdrawals typically take 3-5 business days via check or bank wire.

    Casino Bonuses & Promotions: 4.9/5

The casino bonus is issued instantly after your first deposit, but you’ll need to complete the 25x wagering requirements before withdrawing your wins.

The poker bonus works a bit differently. It unlocks gradually as you earn Ignition Miles over 30 days. For every 30 Ignition Miles earned in poker, $1 is released into your account. You can earn these by playing hands at cash tables or joining tourneys.

With just over 300 games, it’s not the biggest gaming library around, but it delivers where it counts. The slots come from RealTime Gaming, so you’ll see popular titles like Bubble Bubble 3, Cash Bandits 2, and Aztec’s Millions.

There are also table games, including a few blackjack variations, European roulette, and Tri-Card Poker. Live casino games aren’t available, which might be a dealbreaker for some, but if you’re here for spinning reels and big multipliers, it holds up.

It applies to popular slots, keno, bingo, and scratch card games. The bonus comes with a 10x wagering requirement and no max cashout.

There are also rotating promotions with free spins, reload bonuses, and the occasional no-deposit bonus code if you check in regularly. It’s one of the few gambling sites where promo codes actually feel worth using.

    Casino Bonuses & Promotions: 4.7/5

The welcome deal delivers 300 free spins, and you’ll get 30 spins daily over 10 days. So, spins only for this one, no match cash bonus. It’s a solid play if slots are your thing, as these contribute 100% to the wagering.

There are also regular promos tied to new game releases and weekend reloads. Plus, crash game fans can earn leaderboard bonuses and free spin drops based on performance.

    4. Slots.lv – Biggest Jackpots of All NFT Gambling Sites

    Slots.lv Casino US

    Pros:

    • $3,000 welcome bonus + 30 free spins
    • No login required for demo play
    • Play Hot Drop Jackpots
    • 30+ live dealer games
    • Exciting reload bonuses

    Cons:

    • Could use more games
    • Customer support is sometimes slow

Slots.lv has been in the game since 2013, and it’s still going strong for one big reason: it’s home to some of the best jackpot games out there.

    Casino Games Selection: 4.8/5

One thing that sets Slots.lv apart is their Hot Drop Jackpots. These are timed jackpot slot games that must pay out by the hour, day, or when a certain amount is hit. Some featured Hot Drop titles include 777 Deluxe, Golden Buffalo, and Leprechaun’s Golden Trail.

Aside from that, you’ve got regular jackpot slots like 10 Times Vegas and Gold Rush Gus, plus a full lineup of traditional games to match every mood.

They’ve also got a decent mix of table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, along with 30+ live dealer games that run smoothly on both desktop and mobile.

    Payment Methods: 4.8/5

Slots.lv supports major cryptos: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Dogecoin. This is also one of those NFT casinos that accept MatchPay, so you can still use less popular cryptocurrencies here.

Deposits start at just $20 and are confirmed almost instantly. Withdrawals usually clear within 24 hours, and some payout options like Bitcoin Cash process within the hour.

For those using fiat currencies, the site accepts credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover with a $25 minimum. Withdrawal options include bank wire or check.

    Casino Bonuses & Promotions: 4.7/5

New users can claim a 200% match bonus up to $3,000 plus 30 free spins on Golden Buffalo. If you deposit with Fiat, you can get up to a $2,000 welcome bonus instead.

We do think they could have more bonus options, but it at least pays to be loyal here. Regular players can earn points for more rewards, or refer friends to get extra perks.

    Pros:

    • 100 free spins welcome bonus
    • Up to $250 in free bets

    • Supports 10+ cryptocurrencies
    • 1,000+ casino games

    Cons:

    • Could use bigger bonuses
    • Design is not the best

Last but not least, we have Bovada, the best sports betting NFT site we could find.

    Casino Games Selection: 4.8/5

Bovada offers one of the most well-rounded game libraries among NFT gambling platforms. There are over 1,200 slot machines, including hits like Gold Nugget Rush, Rise of Olympus, and Megacrush.

Aside from slots, the site has hundreds of classic casino games like blackjack, roulette, and craps, plus a full live dealer lineup with multiple versions of baccarat, blackjack, and Super 6.

What truly sets it apart, though, is the amazing sports betting section. It covers over 25 sports, featuring thousands of daily betting markets.

    Payment Methods: 4.8/5

As a crypto casino, Bovada supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Trump Meme, and many more cryptocurrencies. Deposits and withdrawals start at around $20. However, withdrawals through Shiba Inu require at least $50, and $200 for Ethereum.

Bovada guarantees same-day payouts, and crypto is likely your best bet for that. They also have a helpful Crypto Tutorial page if you’re new to digital coins.

Fiat players can use Visa, Mastercard, Bank Wire, or Money Order. USD deposits begin at $25. However, if you’ll be sending Money Orders to deposit, it should be at least $300.

    Casino Bonuses & Promotions: 4.7/5

Bovada’s main draw is its welcome bonus, where new players can get up to $250 in free bets, plus 100 free spins on their first deposit. It’s great if you’re into sports betting but also want some free spins for the casino section. Best part? You don’t have to worry about any wagering requirements!

How We Ranked the Best NFT Gambling Platforms

    Casino Games

We prioritized NFT gambling platforms with a wide mix of real money gambling games, including slots, live dealer tables, and classic table games like blackjack and roulette.

Bitcoin casinos like Super Slots and Bovada scored high here because you can switch between spinning reels, betting on virtual football, or sitting at a crypto poker table without skipping a beat.

    Crypto Payments

Most NFT casinos lean into crypto. We looked for casinos that not only accept major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, but also offer decent withdrawal speed, low minimums, and same-day payouts when possible.

    Bonuses & Promotions

A welcome bonus is nice, but what happens after that? We chose NFT gambling platforms that deliver consistent reloads, free spins, cashback deals, or player perks like loyalty points and tournament entries.

    User-Friendliness

If the site’s a mess to navigate or the mobile layout’s glitchy, it doesn’t matter how many favorite games it offers. We stuck with NFT casinos that load fast, work well on mobile, and let you find what you’re looking for in a few taps.

    Customer Support

We also tested customer support. And of course, they shouldn’t just exist. They should actually be helpful. Live chat that ghosts you? Not a good look.

What is an NFT Gambling Platform?

An NFT casino is a type of crypto casino that leans into Web3 technology. They’re about crypto wallets, probably fair games, and fast crypto payments. So, these aren’t just about owning cartoon NFTs or trading collectibles.

Instead, they run like advanced versions of traditional online casinos, where you can play slots, live dealer games, or casino table games with digital currency.

In practice, NFT casinos work by letting you connect your wallet, deposit crypto, and start to play games immediately with no lengthy ID checks. The focus is on speed, privacy, and transparent gaming features.

Benefits of Playing at an NFT Casino

So, why should you play casino games at NFT casinos? Here are the main advantages:

    • Crypto Integration: Many traditional betting sites require bank transfers or card payouts. In NFT casinos, you connect a crypto wallet and manage funds instantly. If you want access to free spins or slots, you’re not waiting days for verification.
    • Built-in Transparency Tools: A lot of these platforms use provably fair games, which let players verify each spin or card draw using blockchain hashes. That builds trust, especially in newer online gambling platforms.
    • Flexible Game-Driven Rewards: Instead of locking you into complex wagering rules, NFT casinos often reward play directly, like paying out tournament points, earning cashback in crypto, or offering free bets along with traditional casino games.

What to Look for in an NFT Gambling Site

NFT casinos can be just as safe as traditional ones – sometimes even safer, depending on how they’re built. But not every crypto gambling site is automatically legit. So, if you’re checking out new NFT casinos, keep these in mind:

    • Smart Wallet Integration: Look for platforms that let you connect wallets like MetaMask or Trust Wallet without broken redirects or confusing steps. If not, they should support crypto directly or options like Changelly and CoinDraw.
    • Clear Bonus Terms: A better NFT gambling site will offer bonuses in crypto and let you wager them on your preferred games without weird exclusions. Terms should be transparent, especially around free spins and bonus rounds.
    • Regular Game Updates: A casino worth your time should keep its game library updated. If it hasn’t added any new slots, dice games, or live tables in months, it’s likely outdated elsewhere, too.

The Importance of Playing at a Licensed NFT Casino

Licensed NFT casinos are held accountable by regulators like the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. That means they’re required to follow payout protocols, store user funds securely, and offer a fair gaming experience.

Unlicensed sites can disappear with your crypto. A licensed one at least gives you a trail, a complaint process, and rules they’re supposed to follow, even in the fast-moving world of NFT online gambling.

Provably Fair Games and How They Work

Provably fair games let you verify that each result (like a slot spin or card draw) was truly random and not manipulated. Here’s how they work in simple terms:

Before the game starts, the casino creates a secret code (called a server seed) and hides it. At the same time, you (the player) contribute your own code (called a client seed). This happens automatically behind the scenes when you play.

These two codes are combined with a random number (called a nonce) to generate your result. After the round ends, the casino reveals its secret code so you can check it using any online hash tool.

Tips for Playing Games at NFT Gambling Sites

Winning at NFT casinos isn’t just about luck. It’s also about playing smarter. Most players jump in thinking fast crypto payouts or flashy slots will do all the work, but there’s more to getting the most out of these platforms. Here are a few under-the-radar tips to keep in mind:

    • Test Payout Speed with Small Wins First: Before going big, try cashing out a small win. It shows how reliable the crypto withdrawals really are and how fast they can accommodate your crypto wallet.
    • Play Tournaments During Off-Peak Hours: Less competition often means better chances of scoring leaderboard rewards or crypto cashback perks. This is especially if the casino rewards consistent play.
    • Switch Between Game Types to Stretch Wagering: Mixing slot machines, crash titles, and casino table games that count toward bonus terms helps avoid burnout and keeps you engaged while clearing wagering requirements.
    • Bookmark the Provably Fair Checker: If the site offers provably fair games, use the checker. It’s one of the few tools that lets you verify fairness on your own.

Ready to Join the Best NFT Gambling Platforms?

Choosing the right crypto casino isn’t about hype. It’s about smooth gameplay, on-time payouts, and games that don’t drain your bankroll. That’s why playing at the best NFT gambling sites makes a real difference.

Ignition remains our top pick overall. It’s reliable, offers a strong game mix, and delivers better crypto rewards than most. Still, the other options on this list are legit too, and worth exploring depending on what you’re after.

Good luck out there, and always gamble responsibly!

CZ Warns of New Hacker Trend Targeting Crypto Data Platforms https://earlybirdsinvest.com/cz-warns-of-new-hacker-trend-targeting-crypto-data-platforms/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/cz-warns-of-new-hacker-trend-targeting-crypto-data-platforms/#respond Tue, 24 Jun 2025 02:27:03 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/cz-warns-of-new-hacker-trend-targeting-crypto-data-platforms/

Binance’s former CEO, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), has warned about a new wave of cyberattacks targeting crypto data platforms.

This follows recent breaches at CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinTelegraph (CT) that exposed users to wallet-draining phishing schemes.

    The CMC and CT Attacks

“Hackers are targeting information websites now. Be careful when authorizing wallet connect,” CZ said in a post on X. He pointed out that CMC was attacked just two days before CT was hit with a similar breach.

The trouble began on June 21 when CMC users started seeing a pop-up that said “Verify Wallet” and asked them to connect their crypto wallets. Members of the crypto community on X quickly flagged the notification as a phishing attempt designed to deceive victims into revealing private keys or sensitive information.

Shortly after the reports spread on social media, the platform acknowledged the malicious notification on its account. “We’ve identified and removed the malicious code from our site,” CoinMarketCap said in a Friday update. The team added that security investigations were underway and warned people not to connect their wallets.

CZ later shared that early checks showed 39 individuals were affected by the incident, with total losses of around $18,570. CMC also revealed plans to reimburse those affected by the hack.

On June 23, Cointelegraph’s website was also compromised in a front-end exploit. This time, users saw a pop-up promoting a fake token airdrop. The notification claimed people were eligible to get 50,000 “CTG” tokens, worth around $5,500 if they connected their wallets. The pop-up also falsely claimed that CertiK, a well-known security firm, had reviewed the smart contract.

The media outlet confirmed the issue on Sunday night and said it was working to fix it. “Do not click on these pop-ups, connect your wallets, or enter any personal information,” it warned on X.

Blockchain Security firm Scam Sniffer also found that the fake JavaScript code came from the company’s advertising system.

    Hackers Are Shifting Tactics

In both cases, the bad actors were able to approve transactions and steal crypto once users connected their wallets. These incidents show a new trend where attackers are now using trusted news and data platforms to reach people instead of going after crypto exchanges directly.

Meanwhile, a recent study by TRM Labs showed that phishing schemes and malware-based infrastructure attacks made up 70% of the $2.2 billion stolen in crypto-related hacks in 2024.

Another report by Cybernews revealed a massive data breach that exposed over 16 billion login credentials, making it one of the largest stolen data collections ever found. Researchers believe this came from infostealer malware, credential stuffing, and past leaks that were repackaged.

    Meta Platforms Stock Will Soar Over the Next 5 Years. Here's 1 Reason Why. https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-stock-will-soar-over-the-next-5-years-heres-1-reason-why/ https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-stock-will-soar-over-the-next-5-years-heres-1-reason-why/#respond Wed, 18 Jun 2025 11:04:21 +0000 https://earlybirdsinvest.com/meta-platforms-stock-will-soar-over-the-next-5-years-heres-1-reason-why/

Over the last five years, Meta Platforms (META -0.69%) stock has been one of the best names to own. Its shares have generated a total return of 192%, far exceeding the S&P 500‘ index’s total return of 102% over the same period. Yet, I think Meta can match — or even exceed — its past performance thanks to the rise of AI-powered advertising.

First, some background. Meta generates an incredible amount of revenue, nearly $175 billion annually, or roughly $500 million per day. Almost all — around 97% — comes from selling ad space across its platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Currently, most of those ads are designed and produced by advertising agencies. These companies work with brands to develop and track ad campaigns. Think Mad Men but updated for the 21st century.

That’s where AI comes in. Meta has announced plans to begin rolling out AI-powered ads on its platform to allow brands to fully automate their advertising on Meta’s systems by 2026.

This is a big deal, because according to Statista, ad agencies in the U.S. alone generated nearly $64 billion in 2022. If Meta’s AI-produced ads are a hit, the company could begin to take some share of this lucrative market away from traditional ad agencies.

Meta Platforms logo on a smartphone.

What’s more, it’s not a far-fetched idea. Many brands may be intrigued by what Meta’s powerful AI could produce. In particular, Meta could use proprietary data to personalize ads, placing a custom-built ad into a user’s feed.

For example, Meta’s AI could potentially use its powers of deduction to highlight the features most important to the prospective customer (safety, cost, reliability, etc.). In other words, these ads might be more effective than what ad agencies could ever hope to produce for a mass audience.

In turn, Meta might land a new source of revenue, leading to further growth and a higher stock price. So, while there is still plenty of work to be done, AI-powered ads are one reason why investors should consider buying Meta stock right now.
