Due to the tight supply chain, some L7, Z15, E7, and DR5 orders are not being shipped as planned. We sincerely apologise and compensate our customers accordingly. The compensation amount is as specified in the contract, and any deferred payments entitled a daily reward rate of 0.0333%. The reward amount will be issued as a coupon to the user’s account after the shipment is delivered.
