An independent investigation commissioned by Input Output found no evidence to support accusations of fraud or misconduct in Cardano’s decade-old ADA Voucher Program, according to a forensic report released on.

The review, conducted jointly by law firm McDermott Will & Emery and accounting firm BDO, examined public claims that insiders misused ADA, manipulated blockchain upgrades to block redemptions, or improperly diverted unredeemed tokens.

The 150-page report, dated Sept. 2, 2025, concluded the allegations “do not have any basis.”

Redemption efforts and findings

Investigators reviewed tens of thousands of documents, carried out blockchain and forensic analyses, and interviewed 18 people ranging from former employees to voucher holders.

Their findings showed that 14,282 vouchers, representing 99.7% of all ADA sold in the program, were successfully redeemed through a mix of on-chain redemptions and a follow-up recovery initiative.

Contrary to claims that elderly investors were disproportionately targeted, only 6.1% of vouchers were sold to people over 65. Of those, just 14 vouchers remain unredeemed.

The report said the program included safeguards to prevent misrepresentation, and distributors who broke rules were suspended. When Cardano’s Byron-era redemption process ended in 2017, 390 vouchers, worth 318 million ADA, remained unclaimed.

Input Output launched a “Post-Sweep Redemption Project” that deployed consultants and private investigators to track down voucher holders. That effort raised the overall redemption rate to near totality.

Use of unredeemed funds

The report also addressed concerns about unredeemed ADA. In 2023, 68.25 million tokens judged unlikely to be redeemed were transferred to Cardano Development Holdings, a Cayman-based foundation overseen by the nonprofit Intersect.

Those funds supported ecosystem growth through continuity contracts, grants, and community projects. Intersect was formed in July 2023 by Input Output and EMURGO, which each pledged $500,000 annually to the group’s operating budget.

The report said much of the transferred ADA went toward contracts with Input Output Infrastructure, which in turn paid subcontractors under strict monitoring procedures.

The findings mark the strongest rebuttal to long-running social media accusations that Cardano insiders enriched themselves at the expense of early investors. Input Output said it released the full report to “ensure transparency” and encouraged community members to review it.

Why early outperformance is important

Out-performance isn’t just about being on “Hot Coins” once the party is in full swing. According to Dentoshi, the edge of true trading comes from finding signs of strength earlier when the wider market is still uncertain or sideways.

Billionaire venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya says staying bullish on the markets will pay off, pointing to two key financial factors driving his conviction.

In a new episode of the All-In Podcast, Palihapitiya takes a close look at the M2 money supply chart, which has been on the up and up.

The billionaire notes that M2 growth is one of the key reasons why the S&P 500 is in the midst of a strong uptrend.

“If I was a betting man… I think the free money trade here is to be levered long. I think you can make a lot of money right now. Why is that? The first chart I want to show you is the velocity of money… This is the M2 money supply. It’s a measure of how much money is circulating in the economy. 

What this shows is the impact of rates, where we were able to start to slow down and contract the money supply. But then as the economy stabilized and people started to project what was possible in 18 to 24 months, you started to see money coming back into the system. That’s what has given a bid to the equity markets.”

The billionaire is also keeping a close watch on the amount of money invested in money market funds, which are financial instruments that provide yields that are largely influenced by the prevailing interest rates set by the Federal Reserve.

Palihapitiya says that once the Fed starts cutting rates, trillions of dollars in capital stashed in money market funds will likely be invested in the stock market.

“Look at how much money is sitting in money market funds, and what this starts to show you is you have trillions of trillions of dollars of dry powder in the sidelines that will need to find a home. 

I think that [Fed chair] Jerome Powell is in an increasingly [untenable] situation because he will be looked at as politicizing the office of the Federal Reserve. There is enough data that can justify cutting rates. If you cut rates, two things will happen. 

Number one is people will take some amount of money out of the money market funds because they will want to go and seek superior returns somewhere else. It will increase the velocity of money at the same time. You put those two things together that is a bid to the equity markets.

And so if we’re at an all-time high today with rates at 4.5% and Powell’s back is against the wall to cut, the only road from here is probably up…

I think if Powell starts an aggressive cutting program… you could see the S&P 500 at 7,000.” 

As of Monday’s close, the S&P 500 is trading at record-high levels of 6,204.

May 5th Chart Decoder Series: MACD – Momentum Signals to Find Early Entry

Welcome to Chart decoder seriesA step-by-step guide to mastering technical indicators and chart patterns like a professional.

In my previous post, I covered two important tools for understanding trend direction: SMA and EMA. So let’s talk about momentum. Specifically, the method Spot momentum shifts before it appears in the price.

What is MACD?

MACD represents the divergence of moving average convergence. Simply put, MACD is a momentum indicator. It shows whether the market is steaming in direction or losing its strength. In other words, “Is the market trying to move?”

Moving averages help you to see where The market is moving forward, MACD tells you how strong the movement is. It is one of the fastest ways to find early signs of a trend shift before prices react completely.

It is made up of three parts.

1. MACD Line (Blue)

Think of this with you Momentum Tracker.

It responds when the direction of the market is beginning to change, indicating whether it is gaining energy or slowing down.

2. Signal line (orange)

This line closely follows the MACD line.

• When the blue line crosses the orange line, it often means that the momentum is moving up (buy the signal)
• A blue line crosses below may mean that momentum is falling apart (sales signal)

3. Histogram bar (red or green bar)

These bars show The distance between the blue and orange lines.

Here’s how to read these:

• Growing bar = more momentum
• Reduced = momentum slows
• Green bar = bullish energy (buyer is active)
• Red bar = Bear pressure (seller is active)

Why use MACD?

MACD is ideal for identifying potential entry points and exit points. That tells you:

• When momentum is picked up
• If the trend is reversed
• When I sit tight and wait

Examples of behavior:

MACD indicator (lower panel)

• MACD Line (Blue): 326
• Signal line (orange): –279
• MACD lines crossed above signal lines: bullish crossover
• Histogram bar is green and growing: momentum is building
• This crossover occurred under the zero line: early signs of trend reversal

Moving Average (Main Chart)

• 20 Days EMA (Blue Line): ~84,067
• 50 Days MA (green line): ~84,170
• Current BTC price: 87,269. BTC price is On top of that Both averages, buyers are controlled and the trend is likely to continue.

Pro tips:
Combine MACD with EMA or SMA for strong confirmation
Use MACD crossover near major support/resistance for higher accuracy
Avoid relying solely on MACD in the landscape market – it can cause false signals

Google AI mode and AI Overviews now have ads, which, according to the search engine giant, are “helpful.”

At the Google Marketing Live event last week, Google confirmed it has started rolling out ads to AI mode and AI Overviews in the US, which create new “opportunities for customers.”

While I haven’t seen ads in AI Overviews, some users spotted them last week, and these ads appear below the AI Overviews, followed by the traditional blue links.

In a support document spotted by SER, Google described ads in AI search results as a new way to find information on the web.

SEO consultant Gagan Ghotra pointed out an interesting excerpt in the document that claims users find ads in these AI search results helpful.

“Google internal data shows that people have been finding the ads within AI Overviews helpful because they can quickly connect with relevant businesses, products, and services to take the next step at the exact moment they need them,” the company wrote in the document.

Google won’t share the numbers or methodology of its “internal data,” but it wants you to believe that ads are helpful, especially in AI search results.

Ads aren’t necessarily bad, but they’re certainly not helpful when they mislead users or appear above the actual content and disrupt the flow.

Google reported $72.5 billion in advertising revenue in its last quarterly report, and it’s expected to increase as ads expand beyond the blue links.

Over the past few weeks, the market has witnessed volatility across asset classes, with gold continuing to increase, and uncertainty is generally at its highest point in years.

Traditionally, bonds, particularly the Treasury, have been the main safe haven during turbulence. However, the bond market we know is not always easy for them to access, given the uncertainty of the current market, nor has it been an absolute safe haven for the past few years. High entry thresholds, lack of liquidity and opaque structure keep many everyday investors on the sidelines. However, this is beginning to change.

Amidst the chaos, tokenized fixed yields and bond assets back a tendency to become clear to investors at least in times of chaos. At least those who know the new asset classes.

Why tokenize bond assets?

Tokenized bonds are a digital representation of traditional bonds issued and managed in blockchain infrastructure. These bonds retain all traditional bond characteristics, including principal, interest rates, and maturity dates, and utilize blockchain technology to ensure investors’ security, transparency and efficiency.

For example, the market has tokens that don’t offer fixed yields but less impact on current market disruptions, but invest in short-term US Treasury bills. In fact, as of April 1, 2025, the US Treasury’s total market capitalization was $5.12 billion. On May 6, 2025, the figure was at $6.59 billion, representing a 29% increase despite the tariff saga.

These tokens can attract investors who may normally struggle to access the US Treasury directly due to geographical restrictions. Because there are few minimum tickets to invest in the primary market, retail and institutional investors often have access to these assets: trade in the secondary market.

Meanwhile, small to medium-sized governments and businesses issue tokenized securities that are accessible to investors of all kinds, offering coupons with returns of 8% to 15%, typically maturities of less than five years.

Tokenized assets are recorded in blockchain, a secure ledger housed in multiple computer networks. This allows investors to see ownership, payment history and asset performance in real time. This level of transparency reduces information asymmetry. This is a key driver of fear and volatility for many dark market investors. Furthermore, intermediation allows investors seeking to reassign capital to do so through immediate settlements or transactions in liquid secondary markets that are important in an era of market fluidity.

Blockchain technology also ensures a record of immutable ownership that reduces counterparty risk, especially during periods of stress that traditional intermediaries may become unreliable. Smart contracts also encourage automatic profit payments and redemption, reducing the risk of investor settlement delays or failings.

Tokenization not only dismantles technically unnecessary counterparts, but also allows investors to have more control. As the industry grows and assets appear across the platform, investors can withdraw bonds, send them for other exchanges for arbitration, self-explanatory, and even exchange peer-to-peer within a whitelisted ecosystem.

Challenging legacy markets and financial institutions

We are clearly a time of great change for markets, geopolitics and more. Wider painting, blockchain technology, and even tokenization are the first real opportunities we have experienced in a generation to rethink funding and do things differently.

Many regulators around the world have adopted a progressive stance towards tokenization. Some of the most advanced approaches have emerged from small to medium-sized economies, such as Salvador and Kazakhstan, which are pushing down from the technically outdated class of intermediaries. These economies allow innovative governments and businesses to issue decommission assets that provide investors with alternatives to norms under current circumstances driven by policy uncertainty and market volatility.

Tokenized bonds bring traditional, safe havens to the digital age through increased accessibility, efficiency and transparency.

May 20th Chart Decoder Series: RSI – The easiest way to find overbuying and overselling markets

Welcome to the Chart Decoder series. Here we categorize the world of technical analysis into tools that use it in practice.

Previous entries featured movement averages and MACD. This is great for identifying trends and momentum. Now, let’s take a look rsia tool that many traders use to measure trades with better confidence.

What is RSI?

RSI represents the relative strength index. It will help you see if the coin has been oversold recently and may be ready to turn it around.

It is plotted as a line moving between 0 and 100. Most traders use it in the 14th term setting. Depending on the time frame of the chart, this could mean 14 days, 14 hours, or 14 minutes.

Unlike indicators that run for price, RSI doesn’t just track where prices are. That’s what I say to you How extreme is the recent trading pressure?. This way you can see if the market is about to turn over before you actually do it.

How to read it:

• Over 70 RSIs =Overbuy → Market may need to be corrected
• RSIs under 30 = Too Sold → Market may be paid for bounce
• RSI between 40 and 60 =Neutral → No strong signal

• RSI sits on top 70Signaling Classic Conditions for purchasing too much.
• This suggests that Bitcoin’s recent bullish run is possible Lose steam Or you’re approaching a natural correction.

What Traders Are Seeing:

• RSI is back Less than 70 This could mean that the pullback has begun.
• If BTC remains strong, RSI could continue to buy too much. This is a powerful uptrend and common behavior, and a risky zone for late buyers.

To improve accuracy, use RSI along with MACD, move the average and make more informed decisions.

Macd: I’m bullish, but will the momentum slow down?

• MACD Line (Blue): 4,142
• Signal line (orange): 3,536
• histogram: Positive, but it’s starting to flatten and hints at it The momentum is slowing down.

The MACD remains bullish with blue lines comfortable and comfortable above the orange, but be aware of its histogram. If these bars begin to shrink, it is often the first clue that bullish momentum is declining.

Moving Average: Is BTC overexpanded?
