“How did you play last week? Was I emotional? Did you feel FOMO? Did you skip obvious deals or chase the bad ones?”

• Chart weekly closures
• Mark the key level – Openings every year, quarterly, weekly, and even historic support/resistance.
• Add the money – She uses a moving average of indexes (e.g. 100 EMA) to track trend strength.
• Set an alert – Breakout levels, EMA tags, or the highest ever high – Monitor alerts for “Save Headspace”.

Professional Tips for the Heating Market

1. Do not size up to the top
   As Dentoshi referenced from the GCR, “Size up at the start of a movement. Slop down the size towards the end.” This is easier than that, and most people do the opposite.
2. Separate trading from investment
   Dentoshi splits its portfolio into trading and conviction investments, each using different rules.
3. Define the exit in a context
   The exit uses S/R, beliefs about assets, relying on positioning and macroemotion. Stick to your plan: there is no perfect top, just an informed strategy.
